SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Spryly. This policy explains how and when your order ships, what it costs, and what to do if something goes wrong. Questions? Email us at support@sprylypets.com.

WHERE WE SHIP
We ship worldwide. Wherever you and your dog are, we'll get your order to you. Some remote destinations may not be serviceable by our carriers. If we're unable to ship to your address, we'll contact you and issue a full refund.

ORDER PROCESSING
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
- You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a second email with tracking once it ships.
- During sales, launches, or peak periods, processing may take slightly longer.

SHIPPING RATES
Orders under $40:   Standard $2.99  |  Express $5.99
Orders $40 and up:  Standard FREE   |  Express $2.99
Spend $40 or more and Standard Shipping is on us. All prices in USD. Rates are shown at checkout before you pay.

DELIVERY TIMES (after processing)
- Standard Shipping: business days
- Express Shipping: 6-10 business days
Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. They can be affected by carrier delays, customs, weather, and other factors outside our control.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES
For international orders, your package may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by your destination country. These charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in your order total or shipping cost.

ORDER TRACKING
Once your order ships, you'll get a tracking number by email. Allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update. If your tracking hasn't moved in 7 business days, email support@sprylypets.com.

LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
- Damaged in transit: Email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll make it right.
- Marked delivered but not received: Check around your property and with neighbors, then contact us. We'll help file a carrier claim.
- Lost in transit: If tracking stalls, reach out and we'll investigate and resolve it.

INCORRECT ADDRESS
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address. If you catch a mistake, email us immediately.
